Council of founders has the right to give a final solution to any problem connected with management and operation intended by the\u00a0\u00a0 Institute Charter.\u00a0 Council of founders\u00a0 elects or appoints the Rector, regulates normative field of the\u00a0 Institute. Executive power is exercized by the\u00a0 Institute\u00a0Rector.\u00a0Institute\u00a0Rector implements manangement of the current\u00a0 activities &#8211; sing contracts ,\u00a0 agreements, dispose \u00a0Institute property, sing working contractes with\u00a0\u00a0Institute staff, approves positions, employs and removes employees by order defined by law. Rector represents report to the Scientific Council and staff. In his official capacity\u00a0 Rector is the president of Scientific Council.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The Institute&#8217;s activities are managed by the Rector, Vice-rectors, Deans, Master&#8217;s and Quality Assurance Officers, and Student Council.
