Report on the Open Class in the Subject “Therapeutic Dentistry” in Group 309
Topic: Dental Caries

During the open class, the students, complementing and continuing each other’s presentations, covered the topic “Dental Caries,” which they had studied throughout the semester. Using a slideshow, they presented the etiology of caries, contributing factors, classification theories, diagnostic methods, clinical features, specifics of cavity preparation for different caries classes, the materials and instruments used, possible complications in case of errors, and treatment methods.
The open class was attended by the Head of the Department of Dentistry, L. Papayan, department lecturer L. Chobanyan, and the Head of the QAC G. Mkrtchyan
